15.陈行甲于2004年毕业于清华大学。

He is the head of the Domestic Business Department of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Patent and Trademark Law Office Co., Ltd.
8. He Jinjiang graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering as an undergraduate in 1997 and as a doctor in 2001. He is the deputy director of the National Engineering Research Center for Key Integrated Circuit Materials of China General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., and the deputy general manager of UMC Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., with the title of senior engineer.
9. Zhang Zhibing graduated with a master's degree from the Department of Automation in 2003. He is the deputy director of the Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute of AVIC, and a researcher.
10. Gao Xiaofeng graduated with a master's degree from the Department of Mathematics in 2004. He is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a national high-level young talent.
